Pest Control Engineer

A reputed pest control company in Ajman is looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Pest Control Engineer to join their team. This is a field-based, full-time permanent role that involves both technical knowledge and customer-facing responsibilities.

As a Pest Control Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base, especially across sectors like residential, hospitality, food and beverage, and healthcare. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive site inspections to diagnose pest-related issues, designing effective pest control solutions, and preparing customized proposals and service agreements.

Collaboration with the operations team is crucial to ensure timely and efficient execution of pest control services. In addition, you will provide technical education to clients regarding preventive measures, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for mobility across various client sites.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Entomology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pest control or technical services in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of regional pest types and control methods

• Familiarity with Ajman Municipality pest control regulations and certifications

• Municipality-approved pest control certification (Ajman, Sharjah, or Dubai) is preferred

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and manage field operations

• Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory
