Pet Groomer

Description:

• Bathing pets of various sizes and temperaments

• Trimming, clipping, or shaving hair/fur, and removing matted hair

• Ensuring that grooming tools and equipment are in good working condition

• Inspecting the animal for any external signs of parasites, disease or injury and reporting their findings to owners

• Sanitizing all of the clippers, combs, brushes and other tools used on pets to prevent spreading diseases among their clients

• Demonstrated passion for animals

• Ability to work comfortably with animals, including anxious ones

• Well-developed verbal communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail
