Description:
We are expanding our multidisciplinary team at Orchid IVF and Fertility Services and are seeking highly skilled Andrologists and Pharmacists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in reproductive medicine.
1. Andrologist
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, and advanced andrology procedures.
- Oversee male fertility diagnostics and contribute to individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with embryologists and fertility specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain laboratory quality control standards and documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
Requirements:
- Medical degree with specialization in Andrology, Urology, or Reproductive Medicine.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an IVF/Andrology lab (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong technical laboratory skills and understanding of male infertility.
- DHA eligibility or license (or ability to obtain).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
2. Pharmacist (IVF / Fertility Center)
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense fertility medications and counsel patients on correct usage.
- Manage medication inventory, storage, and cold-chain requirements.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and center protocols.
- Collaborate closely with nurses, doctors, and coordinators to support IVF cycles.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient safety standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or higher.
- DHA-licensed or eligible Pharmacist.
- Experience in IVF, women’s health, or specialty pharmacy is an advantage.
- Strong patient-communication and clinical knowledge.
