Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist Incharge for a full-time, on-site position at our Dubai location. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, overseeing prescription management, administering immunizations, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in pharmacy care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Accurately dispense medications and ensure correct prescription handling.
• Provide immunization services in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards of practice in pharmacy.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service.
• Engage with patients to provide professional advice on medications and supplements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in pharmacy operations and management, including prescription handling and immunization services.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulatory requirements.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in prescription filling and patient care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both patients and colleagues.
• Valid DHA Pharmacist License (Dubai).
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
