We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join a hospital-based healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. This role is suited for professionals with strong leadership abilities and a solid background in hospital pharmacy operations, compliance, and regulatory standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy services while ensuring high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience within a hospital pharmacy environment
• Valid DOH, MOH, or DHA pharmacy license is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards
• Nationality is open
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
