Photographer / Videographer - Content Creator

SRJ Real Estate is looking for a creative and skilled Videographer to join our marketing and sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong video shooting, editing, and content creation skills, with a passion for real estate marketing and digital media. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and coordinate with sales agents to produce high-quality video content for various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for real estate projects, sales centers, and marketing campaigns across Dubai.

- ⁠Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with real estate agents to schedule and execute video shoots.

- ⁠Create engaging content including:

- Property walkthrough videos

- Agent introduction videos

- Short reels, viral videos, and social media content

- Podcasts, interviews, and discussion-based content

- Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and tools like Canva.

- ⁠Design posters, thumbnails, and creatives for finalised videos and social media calendar and uploads.

- ⁠Ensure excellent colour grading, lighting techniques, and audio quality in all video outputs.

- ⁠Conduct competitor research and suggest innovative content ideas aligned with market trends.

- ⁠Ensure all content complies with copyright regulations, including proper usage of licensed assets.

- ⁠Utilise platforms such as Envato, Higgsfield, and similar creative resources to enhance content quality.

- ⁠Adapt to flexible working hours based on shoot schedules and project requirements.

- ⁠Work collaboratively with any assigned agent or team member as needed.

Requirements & Skills 

- Proven experience as a Videographer / Video Editor, preferably in real estate or digital marketing.

- ⁠Strong knowledge of video shooting equipment, lighting setups, and sound recording.

- ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Photoshop(latest version).

- ⁠Understanding of social media content formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, viral videos, etc.).

- ⁠Experience with podcasts and interview-style video production is an advantage.

- ⁠Good command of the English language (spoken and written).

- ⁠Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills.

- ⁠Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

- ⁠Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented approach.
