Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for pediatric and critically ill patients.
• Monitor, assess, and manage patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Educate families on patient care and health maintenance.

Requirements:

• Valid Nursing License (preferably recognized for work in Nauru).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pediatric or PICU nursing.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
