Pizza Chef

Description:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Pizza Chef to join us, you will be responsible to prepare a variety of pizzas quickly and consistently in line with our company standards.

Responsibilities

· Make pizzas based on a custom order from our menu items.

· Monitor food stock, maintain supplies and place orders as and when required.

· Prepare and cook starters or appetizers like pizza sliced bites, mozzarella cheese sticks, bread, servings of mixed green salads, etc.

· Suggest recipes to renew our menu and draw in more clients.

Requirements

· High school Diploma or Diploma from a culinary school.

· 3 years of work experience as a Pizza Chef, Baker or Chef.

· Knowledge of all professional kitchen equipment: Wood burning oven, brick or stone oven…

· Proficient with preparing and baking pizza dough.

We are also looking for a creative pastry chef to be responsible for crafting delicious desserts and confectionery, and a , courteous barista who is passionate about food and beverage preparation and education.
