Planning Engineer

Description:

RIG (Recruitment International Group) is working with a client that has a new requirement for a Planner / Planning Engineer to join their team in Dubai to work on a Villa fit out and construction. Successful candidates will have a proven background as a Planning Engineer on horizontal projects and worked in recognised construction companies.

Must have P6 Primavera experience.

Requirements:

Planning Engineer Experience:

• Minimum B.Sc degree in a relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• Relevant experience of working on villa developments is beneficial

• Detailed understanding of statutory authorities, processes, and time frames for approvals in Dubai;

• Candidates will demonstrate that they can use the software (eg Primavera P6)

• Good Understanding of Critical Path and Delay Analysis Techniques and can perform time impact and claim analysis.
