Description:
GWT is seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to oversee and manage project schedules, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in planning, scheduling, and reporting, with the ability to coordinate resources and site activities effectively.
Key Scope & Responsibilities:
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules (Level 1–4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project, including baseline setup, updates, critical path analysis, and progress tracking.
- Progress & Reporting: Perform EVA analysis, generate dashboards, S-curves, track productivity, and highlight delays.
- Resource Planning: Plan manpower, material, and equipment requirements, perform resource leveling, forecasting, and manage constraints.
- Delay Analysis & Closeout: Conduct window analysis, propose mitigation actions, support EOT/claims, prepare as-built schedules, and compile closeout reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Diploma in Engineering.
- 3–7+ years of planning experience in EPC, MEP, civil, or industrial projects.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and proficiency in reporting and analysis tools (EVA, S-curves).
- Experience in delay analysis, claims support, and project closeout is highly advantageous.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
