Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, prepare, and maintain comprehensive Design Work Programmes in alignment with project requirements and schedules.
- Review and validate contractors’ Construction Work Programmes, ensuring compliance with contract timelines, project scope, and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules using industry-standard tools.
- Prepare progress reports, schedule risk assessments, and recovery/mitigation plans as needed.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure schedule accuracy and timely project delivery.
- Support project controls, including planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting functions.
- Evaluate delays, analyze impacts, and assist in claims or extension-of-time assessments.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years specifically as a Planning Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
- Proven experience in preparing and reviewing Design Work Programmes.
- Proven experience in reviewing Construction Work Programmes.
- Prior work in consultancy environments is essential.
- Experience with building and infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
