Oasis Metal Manufacturing is looking for a seasoned Plant Manager to lead our facilities, maintenance, and operations. This opportunity is exclusively for candidates currently residing in the UAE.

We seek a proactive professional with a strong technical background and proven leadership in industrial plant management, preventive maintenance, and operational efficiency within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
> Supervise all repair, maintenance, and installation activities across the facility
> Implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance systems
> Manage maintenance budgets and control spare parts inventory
> Troubleshoot PLCs, DC frequency drives, and related systems
> Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
> Coordinate with departments to align priorities and drive performance

What You’ll Bring:
> Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
> Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in the GCC
> Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and schematics
> Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and budget control
> Effective communication and team management skills
