WE’RE HIRING – Plant Supervisor

Education/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must, preferably in Engineering.

Skills / Competencies / Experience:

• 5 – 7 years of relevant experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a sense of ownership and accountability.

• Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Proficiency in computer applications like MS Office, Oracle, Maximo System.

• Knowledge of ORACLE system is essential.

• Valid driving license is preferred.

• Familiarity with a variety of machinery and equipment is an added advantage.

• Experience in FM (Facilities Management), Waste, or Recycling is desirable.

• Ability to ensure safety regulation compliance and perform regular inspections.

• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality.

• Coordinate maintenance and repair work to reduce downtime.

• Strong production management and quality control knowledge.

• Deep understanding of plant operations, equipment, and processes.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Adaptability under pressure and in dynamic conditions.

• Strong grasp of safety and regulatory compliance.
