Plumbing Engineer

Description:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, supervision, and execution of plumbing systems across villa and residential building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design plumbing systems for villas and residential buildings.

• Supervise on-site plumbing and drainage works to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.

• Ensure compliance with DEWA and other governing authority regulations and approval procedures.

• Review and prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Manage plumbing projects independently from concept through completion.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing system design and site supervision, specifically in villas and residential buildings.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing and drainage systems and related regulatory standards.

• Proficient in AutoCAD.

• Well-versed in DEWA and local authority approval processes.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and execute projects independently.

• Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.

• Preference will be given to immediate joiners (Visit Visa holders or those with cancelled residence visas).
