Description:
ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with deep expertise in Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules. The ideal candidate will lead implementations, provide functional expertise, and ensure optimal system performance aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration
- Lead or support SAP SF EC, ECP, and PMGM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Configure workflows, business rules, data models, and templates.
- Integrate SAP SF modules with other SAP or third-party systems.
- Business Analysis
- Gather and validate requirements with business stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Testing & Deployment
- Prepare and execute test cases, conduct UAT, and manage defect resolution.
- Oversee data migration, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Support & Optimization
- Provide application maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices.
- Documentation & Training
- Prepare user and technical documentation.
- Deliver end-user training sessions.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
- Experience:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong functional expertise in EC, ECP, and PMGM.
- Minimum 23 full-cycle SAP SF implementations.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and compliance.
- Strong integration knowledge between EC, ECP, and PMGM, plus SAP HCM/S4HANA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC, ECP, and/or PMGM preferred.
