Description:
WRS are looking for a PMS Engineer for our client who operates a fleet of Jack Ups.
- To ensure that company’s computer based planned maintenance system (CBPMS) is satisfactorily implemented and maintained.
- Ensure compliance of system by routine audits.
- Is the key person relating to all aspects of the CBPMS.
Required Competencies (skills, Experience, Knowledge)
- Experience in installing and configuring client/server applications based on web technologies.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft workgroup/domain networks.
- Understanding of Microsoft SQL server database and structured query language.
- Excellent skills in using MS Office products (Excel, Word etc...).
- Experience in implementing marine based PMS systems.
- Understanding of basic programming in Microsoft environment is desirable.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and to multi task
- With good command of English Language
- Good knowledge of computers, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint) Internet, Scanner, CD Writing
- Ability to deal with people tactfully and effectively.
Qualifications/Certificates
- Sea going experience in an engineering position. Minimum Class 4 Motor Marine Engineer.
