Responsibilities

* Develop marketing plans for podcasts to measure the effectivity of the strategies that were intended to raise the profile of the podcasts and the hosts.

* Develop new and innovative strategies to engage the audience, build up fan communities across platforms and raise awareness of the podcast channel.

* Collaborate with the Podcast Marketing team to develop a paid strategy to support growth benchmarks campaigns analysis and suggests recommendations

* Analyze the effectiveness of digital campaigns

* Set up a list of KPIs to track results

* Prepare and present reports on podcast progress

* Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

* Creative content creator and storyteller

* Lead brand measurement initiatives

* Work in collaboration creative and production team on Episode titles suggestions and keywords

Qualifications

* 2+ years of working experience as a Digital Marketing specialist

* In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology

* Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms

* Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

* Team player

* Good time-management skills

* Great interpersonal and communication skills

* Podcast Marketing

* Arabic Language is a must
