Description:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused PR Assistant to support our PRO and administrative team in Al Aweer. This is an on-site, full-time role best suited to a well-organised individual who can type and prepare documents quickly, maintain confidentiality, and help keep daily office processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and type correspondence, reports, memos and other documents with accuracy.
  • Support the PRO with routine administrative tasks and follow-up actions.
  • Manage basic office paperwork and maintain organised digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with schedules and communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate record keeping.
  • Work with Microsoft Office tools to prepare spreadsheets, word documents and emails as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality in handling personnel and company information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Open to candidates with or without prior experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written work.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills; able to prioritise tasks.
  • Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
