  We are urgently seeking Practical Nurses to join a home healthcare team based in Abu Dhabi. This is an on-site role with immediate start — candidates must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join without delay.
• Role Overview:
  As a Practical Nurse in our homecare service, you will deliver direct nursing care to patients in their residences. Typical duties include administering medications, performing basic clinical procedures (wound care, catheter care, injections), monitoring and recording vital signs, assisting with daily living needs, and communicating clinical changes promptly to the care coordinator.
• Requirements:
  • License: Must hold a valid DOH Practical Nurse (PN) license or possess an official DOH PN eligibility letter.
  • Experience: Previous hands-on experience in home healthcare is mandatory — candidates with documented homecare experience will be prioritised.
  • Availability: Candidate should already be located in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
  • Professional conduct: Strong patient-care skills, reliability, and good communication are essential for working independently in patients’ homes.
• Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: AED 4,500 per month plus overtime pay.
  • Additional Benefits: Accommodation, transportation, visa sponsorship, medical insurance, uniform, and other statutory benefits as per UAE labour law are included in the package.
