Key Responsibilities
- Research and Stay Updated:
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, standards, and requirements related to product certification. Continuously monitor changes and updates to ensure our products remain compliant.
- Compliance Assessment:
o Evaluate product/project requirements against established engineering and industry standards, making recommendations for adjustments if necessary (IEC, IEEE, GOST and others)

- Testing and Evaluation:
- Coordinate and conduct product testing and evaluation processes, both internally and through third-party laboratories, to verify compliance with specific standards.
- Documentation review and Records:
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all certification-related activities, including test results, compliance documents, and certification approvals. Examine technical documentation provided by end users, such as engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers, to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Certification Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end certification process, which may involve submitting applications, coordinating with external certification bodies, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, CHINT HQ to ensure a comprehensive understanding and obtain closure and approvals thereof.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for enhancing product quality and compliance. Propose and implement process improvements to streamline the certification process.
- Audits and Inspections:
- Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections conducted by external certification agencies or regulatory bodies.
- Customer Support:
- Provide certification-related support to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. Address inquiries regarding product compliance and certification status.
- Communication:
- Effectively communicate technical evaluation findings and recommendations to project teams, highlighting areas that may require adjustments or further clarification. Responsibility for supporting in technical clarification meetings with customer.
