Presales Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an AV Presales Engineer for our Abu Dhabi Branch.

↳ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed needs assessments, translating client requirements into effective AV solutions.

• Select and integrate audio and video equipment, control systems, and other components to meet project specifications.

• Collaborate with the sales team to create detailed and compelling proposals.

• Clearly communicate technical details and the value proposition of proposed AV solutions to clients.

• Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of proposed solutions wherever required.

• Deliver engaging presentations, addressing client questions with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, including system diagrams and specifications.

• Ensure proposed solutions adhere to established quality standards and industry best practices.

• Ensure all communications are documented over email or signed paperwork.

• Manage each client with equal priority regardless of the size of the project or the salesperson handling the client.

↳ Basic Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar AV Presales Engineer role.

• Brand Knowledge: Proficient understanding of leading AV brands.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information.

• Education: Bachelor’s Technical Degree (Equivalent)

• Fluency in English and UAE Driving License is Mandatory.
