Description:
We are seeking an energetic, creative, and inspiring facilitator to lead a 2-day in-person workshop on Presentation & Public Speaking Skills. This role is perfect for someone who brings personality, originality, and innovative teaching techniques to every session.
You will guide 6 cohorts of participants through highly interactive workshops, helping them build confidence, craft compelling presentations, and communicate with impact. If you love making learning fun, practical, and memorable, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic and interactive workshops for small cohorts (up to 20 participants).
- Develop and personalize course content that reflects your unique style, including presentations, activities, and storytelling exercises.
- Facilitate exercises that encourage creativity, engagement, and confident delivery.
- Provide constructive, actionable feedback to help participants grow their presentation and public speaking skills.
- Inspire participants to think outside the box and bring their own personality into their communication style.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering corporate presentation and public speaking training (3–5 years preferred).
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills for adult learners.
- Ability to create innovative, engaging, and memorable learning experiences.
- Skilled in visual storytelling, audience engagement, and interactive techniques.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized cohorts (up to 20 participants).
- Professionalism and flexibility to deliver on-site in a corporate environment.
- Immediate availability and commitment for the full schedule of 6 batches between November and December 2025.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communication, Education, Business, Marketing, Media, HR, Organizational Development, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
