Preservation Engineer

Role Description

• Preservation of equipment and materials as per vendor instructions and project specifications
• Coordination with procurement, logistics, and commissioning teams
• Managing preservation schedules and documentation
• Compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Develop and maintain preservation plans and schedules
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and protection of materials and equipment
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, suppliers, and client representatives
• Maintain detailed records and reports of preservation activities
• Support inspection and readiness for mobilization
• Proven background in oil & gas or EPC projects, with strong understanding of warehouse operations and vendor preservation guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, electrical or chemical )
• Additional certifications in material handling, preservation techniques, or quality assurance are advantageous
• Familiarity with project completion software and preservation databases
• 5–7 years of experience in warehouse operations, material preservation, or equipment maintenance, preferably in oil & gas, construction, or EPC projects.
