Pricing & Customer Service Executive

Description:

Senda Green Shipping is expanding its logistics operations and is looking for a motivated Pricing & Customer Service Executive to join its growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and an understanding of the UAE logistics and shipping industry.

The selected candidate will assist with customer service activities, support pricing functions, respond to client inquiries, and ensure smooth coordination of shipping-related processes. Applicants with previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of UAE import and export regulations will have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.

• Prepare and assist with pricing and quotation requests.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient logistics operations.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

• Support daily shipping and documentation processes.

• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the logistics process.

Requirements:
