Freight Ace Shipping LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pricing Executive professional to join its growing logistics team in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about freight forwarding, customer service, and building strong client relationships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing freight quotations, coordinating with customers and logistics partners, and ensuring prompt responses to customer enquiries. Experienced professionals as well as freshers with relevant logistics knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and follow up on freight quotations.

• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.

• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Follow up on freight rates, bookings, and shipment status.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Support daily pricing and logistics coordination activities.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations.

• Knowledge of import/export and freight forwarding procedures is an advantage.

• Experienced candidates or freshers with relevant logistics knowledge are welcome to apply.
