Pricing & Operations Specialist

Rebel Logistics LLC is looking for an experienced Pricing & Operations Specialist to join its office-based team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in freight forwarding, pricing, and logistics operations who can efficiently manage end-to-end shipment processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for freight pricing, shipment coordination, documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with shipping lines, agents, and customers. Excellent communication, negotiation, and operational skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive sea freight quotations for FCL and LCL shipments.

• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and logistics partners.

• Coordinate shipment bookings and monitor end-to-end freight operations.

• Manage import and export documentation while ensuring compliance with shipping requirements.

• Communicate with customers, overseas agents, and carriers to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Monitor operational performance and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.

• Strong knowledge of freight pricing and logistics operations.

• Experience handling sea freight, including FCL and LCL shipments.

• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple shipments and operational tasks efficiently.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Sea Freight, FCL, LCL, and freight pricing

• Shipping line, NVOCC rates, and shipment coordination

• Import/export documentation and end-to-end logistics operations
