Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Education or a relevant field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a leadership role within a school
• Strong knowledge of British curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead academic and administrative teams
• Strong classroom observation, teacher mentoring, and student discipline skills
• Proficiency in school management systems and basic technology

Key Responsibilities:
