Description:

You will be handing the entire candidate and client life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:

• Candidate identification and interviews
• Advising and feeding back to candidates
• Attending client meetings
• Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
• Lead generation through relationship building
• New business development
• Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for

What we are looking for:

This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in recruiting for accounting, finance or tax positions in the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia in a 360 recruitment role.

• Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
• Ideally you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience, ideally within accounting, finance or tax position sector
• Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
