We are looking for a polished, proven, and quota-carrying Principle Account Executive who can spearhead our regional growth. In this role, you will secure new enterprise logos, drive expansion across the entire Middle East, and continue to grow an already strong install base by rallying cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

What You'll Do
- Spearhead Regional Growth: Own and execute a comprehensive strategy for both net-new enterprise acquisition and expansion across the Middle East region.
- Focus on Value: Deliver exceptional customer value by solving complex problems for large, strategic enterprise accounts.
- Build Partnerships: Develop long-lasting, trusted, value-based relationships with key decision-makers across our primary industries in the region.
- Drive the Pipeline: Seek out new opportunities to deliver value and utilize New Relic; identify, qualify, develop, and accelerate a high-value pipeline for both existing accounts and new logos.
- Lead the Strategy: Set the vision for your business portfolio and lead cross-functional teams to execute on regional expansion and acquisition goals.
- Collaborate for Success: Work seamlessly with technical and extended specialist teams to ensure existing customers realize maximum value, drive innovation using the latest features, consume effectively, and ultimately grow their investment.
This Role Requires
- Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
- Enterprise Expertise: Extensive experience in Consumption, SaaS, or related high-end software/technology sales, specifically targeting large enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Regional Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Middle Eastern enterprise business landscape and procurement cultures.
- Proven Track Record: Consistent overachievement against all key sales metrics and quotas.
- Customer Centricity: An unparalleled work ethic and a genuine desire to help customers be successful.
- Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel regularly to customer sites across the entire Middle East region.
