Description:

In this role, you will act as the primary relationship manager for high-net-worth clients across the UAE and the wider Middle East, providing bespoke wealth management solutions and strategic financial advice.

 

You will be responsible for managing and developing an existing client portfolio while actively identifying new business opportunities through your professional network and regional market presence.

 

Working closely with internal investment specialists, credit teams, and product experts, you will ensure that clients receive a comprehensive and highly personalised wealth management experience.

 

This is a client-facing position requiring strong commercial acumen, international wealth management expertise, and the ability to build trusted long-term relationships with sophisticated investors.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and develop relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across the UAE and GCC region
  • Act as the primary relationship manager, delivering tailored financial advice across investments, wealth planning, banking, and credit solutions
  • Develop and grow the client portfolio through networking, referrals, and participation in relevant regional events
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and ensure that clients receive timely and personalised financial advice
  • Identify client needs and coordinate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions
  • Maintain a strong understanding of regional and international regulatory frameworks, ensuring full compliance with internal policies
  • Travel across the region when required to maintain and strengthen client relationships
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the development of junior colleagues

 

Your Profile

 

  • You have solid experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial advisory, ideally within the UAE or broader GCC markets
  • You demonstrate a proven ability to build and grow long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • You possess a strong understanding of investment products, lending solutions, and wealth structuring strategies
  • You are comfortable managing complex client relationships and delivering holistic financial advice
  • You have knowledge of relevant regional regulatory frameworks such as DFSA or ADGM
  • You demonstrate strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
  • You are technologically comfortable and familiar with CRM platforms and financial planning tools
  • You are fluent in English (Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage)
