Description:

The Chef ensures balanced, high-quality meals are prepared to match the actor’s lifestyle, routine, and physical goals. This role requires strong culinary knowledge, discipline, and adaptability to changing schedules. The individual will plan and prepare meals that are nutritious, hygienic, and suited to varying energy levels and travel conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plan daily meals in alignment with the actor’s preferences and health requirements. • Maintain hygiene, freshness, and taste in all preparations.

• Create balanced menus suited to changing routines — from light meals to performance-focused nutrition.

• Ensure ingredients, kitchen setups, and dining areas are always well organized.

• Adapt cooking styles to local or international cuisines depending on location.

• Coordinate with the trainer or manager regarding meal timings and nutrition preferences.

• Stay prepared to cook on short notice during travel or long shooting schedules.

• Maintain calm, punctuality, and consistency every day.

Ideal Candidate

• Professionally trained with a deep understanding of nutrition and diet balance. • Calm, respectful, and organized in all situations.

• Able to manage kitchen operations efficiently even while traveling.

• Good knowledge of international and Indian cuisines.

• Understands discretion, privacy, and timing while working in a high-profile environment.

• Flexible to travel frequently and work extended hours.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef in premium households, hotels, or personal kitchens. • Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification preferred.

• Passport and valid driving licence mandatory.

• Should be able to communicate clearly in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
