Description:
Madison Pearl has been mandated to recruit an experienced Private Banking Wealth Management professional with access to HNWIs in the GCC region for a licensed and regulated asset management firm. This position is based in the fast growing & leading financial hub of Dubai, The DIFC. Candidates currently managing a lucrative book of clients and a proven track record in managing HNW relationships will be preferred. A strong understanding of local & international multi asset investments is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with High-Net-Worth clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and investment solutions.
- Achieve individual targets against KPIs, including revenue targets, client base growth (AUM) and account profitability, while maintaining a high standard of service quality
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and increase assets under management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant advice and solutions
- Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve business objectives
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Private Banker or Wealth Manager, showcasing expertise in wealth management and comprehensive financial planning.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with High-Net-Worth clients, offering tailored financial advice and delivering customized investment solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to deliver results and meet business objectives
- Strong portfolio management experience within the GCC region.
