Procurement Engineer

Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Engineer (Infrastructure Construction) with 8-10 years of experience in civil/Infra construction projects to join our team!

If you have expertise in preparing subcontract agreements (FIDIC norms), procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and market analysis for infrastructure/MEP works, this role is for you.

🔹 Location: Dubai-UAE

🔹 Experience: 8-10 years in civil construction procurement

🔹 Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Strong technical skills for vendor bid analysis

✅ Procurement process expertise & supplier performance monitoring

✅ Market knowledge (Infra/MEP Works) – sourcing, negotiation, competitor analysis

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ UAE Valid Driving License required

✅ Middle East experience is a must
