Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in procurement (infrastructure / construction projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and material requirements
• Proficient in ERP systems, MS Office, and vendor-management processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
