Procurement Executive

Description:

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, finishes, furniture, and services for interior fit-out projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers/subcontractors for interiors and fit-out projects.

• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery schedules.

• Manage purchase orders, material approvals, and procurement records.

• Coordinate with project/site teams for timely material delivery.

• Maintain strong vendor relations and ensure compliance with project specs.

• Track market trends for materials, finishes, and fit-out solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 4-6 years of procurement experience in the interiors/fit-out industry (mandatory).

• Knowledge of interior materials, joinery, furniture, and MEP items.
