Procurement Executive

Description:

Evercool Electromechanical LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in HVAC and MEP project procurement who can efficiently manage purchasing activities while supporting successful project execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete procurement cycle, coordinating with internal departments, sourcing reliable suppliers, and ensuring materials and services are delivered on schedule to meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for HVAC and MEP projects.

• Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors from local suppliers.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.

• Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up on supplier deliveries.

• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, and Accounts teams.

• Ensure timely procurement in line with project schedules and requirements.

• Maintain supplier records and build strong vendor relationships.

• Monitor material availability, lead times, and delivery commitments.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC / MEP procurement.

• UAE project procurement experience is preferred. 

Arabs& Middle Easterners

• Good knowledge of HVAC and MEP materials and supplier networks.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

• UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
