Procurement Officer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop vendor strategies and build long-term supplier relationships.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials as per production schedules.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and technical teams for seamless order processing.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain compliance with JAFZA rules and company procurement policies.
🔹 Requirements:
• 4-6 years minimum experience, with strong UAE local procurement experience.
• Proven experience in procurement within oil & gas, heavy machinery, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• Strong vendor network and market knowledge for machinery, tools, and industrial equipment in the UAE.
• Must have hands-on experience with local and international suppliers, especially for equipment and parts sourcing.
• Familiar with JAFZA procurement and import regulations, logistics coordination, and customs clearance procedures.
