Procurement Officer

Description:

Bernini UAE is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement Officer specializing in Interior Fit-Out projects to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in procurement within the fit-out industry and a strong understanding of local market practices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing vendors, and ensuring smooth coordination with suppliers to support project requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement processes for interior fit-out projects

• Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability

• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve cost-effective solutions

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manage supplier performance

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

• Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Good knowledge of vendor management and sourcing strategies

• Familiarity with local market conditions and authority requirements

• Ability to manage procurement workflows and supplier coordination effectively

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
