Procurement Officer

Description:

ATG Interiors is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Officer to join its growing Fit-Out team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong procurement experience in full turnkey interior fit-out projects, particularly within the restaurant, café, and F&B sectors.

The successful candidate will manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, quotation evaluation, and purchasing processes while ensuring timely delivery of materials and project requirements. Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out market, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement activities for full turnkey interior fit-out projects.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Handle procurement of Civil, MEP, Joinery, Kitchen Equipment, Furniture, Fixtures, and Finishes.

• Prepare RFQs, compare quotations, issue Purchase Orders, and monitor deliveries.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, QS, and site teams.

• Ensure materials are delivered on time according to project requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in full turnkey interior fit-out projects.

• Strong experience handling Restaurant, Café, and F&B projects.

• Knowledge of UAE suppliers and the local fit-out market. 

Arabs& Middle Easterners

• UAE Fit-Out experience is highly preferred.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Procurement processes and supplier management

• RFQs, quotation comparison, and Purchase Orders

• Fit-out materials, finishes, and project coordination
