Role: Product/Game Lead

Location: Fully Remote

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team (Design, UI/UX, Art, Game Engineers)
2. Define and manage product indicators, reporting to key stakeholders
3. Own full-cycle new game development from production to live operations
4. Advocate for live services features and campaigns to improve KPIs
5. Conduct data-driven analysis of in-game features for continuous improvement

Essential Experience:

• Extensive Product Management experience in free-to-play game development / especially Midcore and Multiplayer titles
• Passion for games with a focus on player insights and interests
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel
