Responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.

Responsible for removing impediments to the team's effectiveness, facilitate the team's group interactions (scrum meeting, pre-sprint and sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective). Helps the team to manage and prioritise the list of impediments, ensure that the agreed Scrum rules and practices are followed.
Work with the team and help them monitor and visualise the progress on a day to day basis, support the team to organize all Scrum-related practices. Coach the team in the agile processes and ways of working in order to help them become more self-organising.
