Product Owner

 

Description:

As a Product Owner, you will own and manage key product initiatives within PropQA’s marketplace platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, design, and data teams to translate real estate and user needs into clear product requirements and deliver high-impact features.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in PropTech, marketplaces, or data-driven platforms, who thrive in fast-paced environments.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with real estate business goals.

• Work closely with sales, leasing, property management, marketing, finance, and compliance teams.

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.

• Convert requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

• Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog.

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demos.

• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to improve customer and agent user experience.

• Ensure product features support listings, CRM, lead management, contracts, and reporting.

• Oversee integrations with portals (Property Finder, Bayut), ERP, and payment systems.

• Monitor KPIs, user adoption, and product performance metrics.

• Collect user feedback and translate insights into product enhancements.

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with UAE real estate regulations.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and work proactively to resolve them.

• Support UAT, release planning, and post-launch monitoring.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

 

Requirements:-

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Strong experience in real estate systems, CRM, ERP, or PropTech platforms.

• Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and SDLC.

• Experience working with cross-functional and technical development teams.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of UAE real estate operations and regulations preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

• UAE experience preferred.
