Production Engineering & Operations

Description:

Project Black Gold is seeking an experienced Production Engineering & Operations professional to support upstream Oil & Gas production activities, well performance, production optimization, and field operations.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize oil and gas production performance

• Support daily production and field operations

• Identify production constraints, losses, and performance issues

• Provide technical support for well performance and production optimization

• Troubleshoot production and operational challenges

• Coordinate with Reservoir, Well Services, Maintenance, HSE, and other multidisciplinary teams

• Monitor downtime, production deferment, and operational efficiency

• Review production data, operating parameters, and daily operational reports

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, operating procedures, and company standards

• Support continuous improvement in production efficiency and reliability

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in Production Engineering and Operations within the upstream Oil & Gas industry

• Strong understanding of oil and gas production systems, well performance, and field operations

• Experience in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization

• Knowledge of well testing, production surveillance, and production operations

• Good understanding of well integrity, HSE requirements, and safe operating practices

• Strong technical, analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or a relevant Engineering discipline
