Description:
The Production Worker will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmaceutical manufacturing lines. This role involves operating machinery, handling raw materials, following standard operating procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment to ensure the consistent production of high-quality medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Operations: Operate and monitor pharmaceutical production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Batch Preparation: Assist in the preparation, weighing, and dispensing of raw materials for medicine manufacturing.
- Quality Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols at all times.
- Record Keeping: Accurately complete production logs, batch records, and related documentation.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of production areas and equipment to ensure a hygienic work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, quality control, and engineering teams to meet production targets and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, food, or related manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of GMP and SOPs in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work in shifts.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
