Production Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for a Production Supervisor with proven experience in the Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) industry to oversee day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and ensure top-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Distribute and communicate Bill of Materials (B.O.M) to Foremen
and team leads.
✅ Inspect production at every stage, ensuring compliance with set
standards.
✅ Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid downtime.
✅ Supervise and resolve production issues, coordinating with
Maintenance for quick repairs.
✅ Train and guide workers and foremen to deliver quality that
exceeds expectations.
✅ Minimize scrap wastage and optimize resources.
✅ Enforce safety standards, maintain safety equipment, and
report unsafe acts.
✅ Ensure proper usage of electricity, water, and disposal of industrial
waste.
Qualifications & Skills

✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the PEB industry (Main Frames,
Painting, Sandwich Panel).
✅ Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Metal industries.
✅ Strong decision-making, leadership, and team-building skills.
✅ Good MS Office knowledge.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Hindi).
