Production Supervisor

Acube Technical Services is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join its aluminium manufacturing operations in Umm Al Quwain. This position is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in aluminium fabrication and factory management who can effectively oversee production activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising fabrication teams, coordinating production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of aluminium doors, windows, curtain wall, and façade projects. The role requires strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of aluminium manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily aluminium fabrication and production activities

• Coordinate workforce allocation and production schedules

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with project specifications

• Oversee fabrication of doors, windows, curtain wall, and façade systems

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Review shop drawings and technical specifications before production

• Identify and resolve production-related issues efficiently

• Coordinate with project teams to meet delivery deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aluminium fabrication within a factory environment

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documentation

• Experience managing quality control processes

• Familiarity with HSE standards and workplace safety practices

• UAE experience is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of:

• Aluminium doors and window systems

• Curtain wall and façade fabrication

• Production planning and workflow management

• Quality assurance and inspection procedures

• Technical drawings and fabrication specifications
