Production & Technology Transfer Manager

The Production & Technology Transfer Manager will lead both manufacturing operations and technology transfer .
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✨ Production Leadership
Ensure production & facility readiness for sterile operations
Oversee daily manufacturing, quality, safety, and efficiency
Develop SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation
Manage production teams and performance
Deliver production schedules aligned with market demand
Monitor KPIs (yield, OEE, deviations, cycle time) and drive improvements
✨ Technology Transfer
Lead end-to-end tech transfer from licensors/R&D
Define process requirements and ensure equipment/facility fit
Manage scale-up, trial batches, engineering runs & PPQ
Coordinate with QA/QC/Validation on method & process validation
Develop tech transfer plans, risk assessments & mitigation actions
Ensure documentation readiness for audits & regulatory submissions
✨ Compliance
Ensure alignment with GMP, FDA, EMA, SFDA, ICH
Support internal/external audits and inspections
🔹 Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy (mandatory)
✔ 10+ years in pharma manufacturing, including 4-6 years in a managerial role
✔ Strong experience in sterile/oncology environments
✔ Proven expertise in technology transfer, scale-up & validation
✔ Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external licensors
