Project Coordinator / Engineer - Interior Fit-out

We are hiring a Project Coordinator / Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to act as a Client-Side Representative for a prestigious hotel project in Dubai. The selected candidate will lead on-site coordination, ensuring high-end finishes, brand compliance, and collaboration between all project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering projects for international hotel brands such as IHG, Hyatt, Marriott International, Hilton, Accor, or Kempinski.


Key Responsibilities:

Act as client representative and coordinate between main contractor, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on-site.

Manage the execution of high-end interior finishes, ensuring quality control and alignment with brand guidelines.

Monitor daily site progress, ensuring timelines, material approvals, and subcontractor works are aligned with the project plan.

Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.

Conduct regular coordination meetings with client, end-user representatives, and project stakeholders.

Assist in testing and commissioning, handover documentation, and final punch list closure.

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with project specifications, brand standards, and UAE regulations.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

5 to 8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out execution for luxury hotel projects.

Proven track record of working with international hotel operators such as IHG, Hilton, Accor, Kempinski, etc.

Deep understanding of luxury material finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and FF&E integration.

Strong communication and reporting skills with experience in client-facing roles.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and familiar with site quality procedures and snagging tools.

Available immediately or within short notice.

Must be currently based in Dubai with full-time availability.
