Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is expanding its operations in the UAE and is seeking experienced construction professionals to join its growing team. The company is hiring for senior leadership positions responsible for managing and delivering major high-rise and mid-rise building developments across the region.

The ideal candidates will have a proven record of successfully leading large-scale construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion. Applicants must possess relevant GCC experience and demonstrate strong leadership and project management capabilities.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams throughout all construction phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the construction industry.

• Successful track record of delivering large-scale High-Rise and Mid-Rise building projects.

• GCC construction experience is mandatory.

• Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring project quality and timely completion.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Project planning, execution, and contract management

• Construction quality, safety standards, and project controls
