Project Engineer

 

Description:

We are looking for experienced Project Engineers – Mechanical or Electrical to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing MEP works across various projects, including construction, maintenance, and fit-out of commercial and residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate MEP works related to construction, maintenance, and fit-out projects.

 

Supervise and guide site supervisors and ensure timely execution of tasks.

 

Handle material selection and procurement in coordination with the procurement team.

 

Manage and monitor subcontractor performance and progress on site.

 

Conduct and attend client meetings to discuss technical and commercial aspects of the projects.

 

Draft and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.

 

Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budget.

 

Assist in project cost management, including budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.

 

Maintain all project documentation and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

 

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in MEP project execution.

 

Strong knowledge of MEP systems in commercial and residential buildings.

 

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.

 

Good understanding of project budgeting and cost control.

 

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
